Unable to create the store directory.[The system cannot find the file specified. ]

Hi,

We are trying to use the Hash Tables for passing information from one aspx
page to another aspx page. We are using the below code.

IsolatedStorage File isoStore = IsolatedStorage File.GetStore(
IsolatedStorage Scope.User
| IsolatedStorage Scope.Assembly |IsolatedStorag eScope.Domain , null, null
);

This code has worked properly on one web server but this is not working on
another web server. Can you help us in resolving this error. Below is the
total error message thrown on the screen.

Server Error in '/WeddingWarehous e' Application.

Error when opening a solution with a web services project in it: "Unable to open the Web project 'myproj'. The file path 'c:\code\myservice' does not correspond to the URL 'http://localhost/myservices'. The two need to map to the same server location. HTTP Error 404: Object Not Found" First, this error comes up on a system that is serving other web services just fine. Second, the main issue here is project collaboration. We use CVS for...

For some unexplained reason, I am suddenly unable to browse to a virtual directory on my laptop. I have a number of sample websites to which I could happliy browse up until last week. As of Monday, if I browse to any of the sites, I get an HttpException saying "The directory does not exist or is not accessible because of security settings." I honestly have not changed anything at all. I have checked and re-checked that ASPNET indeed has...

Running DB2 v7 UDB ("DB2 v7.1.0.93", "n031208" and "WR21333") on Windows XP, I am unable to find out why the "Build for Debug" option within Stored Procedure Builder is not enabled on Java stored procedures. It is enabled for SQL stored procedures. It is possible to "Build" and "Run" the Java SPs, it just isn't possible to click on the "Build for Debug" option. Thanks for any help in advance. Michael

I need (okay, I want) to make a dynamic array of my class 'Directory', within my class Directory (Can you already smell disaster?) Each Directory can have subdirectories so I thought to put these in an array. The application compiles but aborts without giving me any useful information. What I suspect is happening is infinite recursion. Each Directory object creates an array of Subdirectories each of which has an array of...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
