Hi, Yesterday, I had 4 times the following error message in my Win2K box SP4,
IIS 5 (.Net 2002 et .net 2003 Framework)
--------------------------------
aspnet_wp.exe
(PID: 1712) was recycled because it was suspected to be in a deadlocked
state.
It did not send any responses for pending requests in the last 180 seconds.
---------------------------------
I searched KB, I found no reference fot this error related to ASP .net
Thanks for your help 1 1040
Hi Salam,
Thanks for your posting. I've also noticed that your another former thread
in the group about the
"unable to create new web project", is that problem resolved?
As for the new problem you mentioned, from a general view, it seems caused
by something made deadlock
in your asp.net web application. By default the asp.net's worker process
has some limitation settings , when the runtime exceed those limitaion, the
worker process will recycle. http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...us/cpgenref/ht
ml/gngrfProcessmod elSection.asp
So I think you can first have a check to see whether there is any code
block which may cause the deadlock.
Thanks.
Regards,
Steven Cheng

Hello,
I am trying to build the boost 1.31.0 sample extension hello.cpp.
I can not compile the file inheritance.cpp because the two
files containing some templates: adjacency_list.hpp and mem_fn.hpp can
not compile.
Does anyone have any solutions?

Here is some code to generate code for raising and getting information about
custom errors in an application. Executing the GenerateXyzErrDefs procedure
generates the code.
<tblXyzError>
ErrorCodeOffset (Long Int) ErrorObjBaseName (Text(50))
ErrorDescription (Text(255))

Hey! Don't do that!

Before anything else, I am not a very technical expert when it comes to VBA coding.
I learned most of what I know by the excellent Access/VBA forum from bytes.com (formerly thescripts.com).
Ergo, I will be writing this article intended for those who are in the same level, or maybe lower, of my technical knowledge.
I would be using layman's words, or maybe, my own words as how I understand them, hoping, you will understand it the same way that...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
