Binding multiple table to a Data Grid

Hi,

I'm trying to build a datagrid that gets rows heading from records in one
table, columns heading from records in another table, and cell values from
records in a third table that maps the first and second to the cell value.
The primary keys of the first two tables are foreign keys in the third
table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Nita

You can't bind a grid to multiply tables. You can join 3 tables in one of
the structure you need and bind the grid to it.

I'm working in Visual Studio 2005 and C#. I have a DataSet, a Binding Source, and a grid. I'm finding that if a table in the DataSet gets updated from the Database, the new data doesn't appear in the grid until after the user clicks the grid. After the DataSet update from the DataBase, I've tried Rebind() on the grid, and ResetBindings on the binding source. I still don't see the new data until after the user clicks the grid.

As all we know there are 2 ways for binding gridview to sql table. using sqldata adapter and using code. What I want to know is, in large tables, is there a perfomance difference. When using code we don't specify any page size or anything. so all data must be retreived from sql table to web server memory, is that right ? Maybe, only maybe, sql data adapter uses different approach about loading table rows for perfomance issues. in VB6,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
