These three files must be used together to make file #1, Untitled.aspx, page
work via
J.I.T. when the User first hits Internet Explorer 6.0 on your browser.

Hello,
I am trying to use vs.net 2005 to migrate a project originally in vs.net
2003. I started with creation of a "web site", and then created folders for
each component of the site.
I read somewhere that each folder under the "web site" is compiled in
separate assembly. I however, did not find that the "web site" creation in
vs.net 2005 created any AssemblyInfo.cs file.

I have an ASP.NET 2.0 website in Visual Studio 2005 (ie I open it with File
| Open Web Site...). I have put XML comments in the source code in the
App_Code directory (with <summary> tags, etc) and I want to turn these into
XML files that can then be run through NDoc (along with app_code.dll) to
produce help files. I've even found an (apparently stable) port of NDoc for
v2.0 of the framework. So no problem, I'll just go to...

I have broken up my web site into smaller web site projects. When I look at
the precompiled files, it always has the virtual directory in them ie:

Is there a relatively straightforward way to get Sandcastle hooked into the
asp.net 2.0 development process? I have a C# app I'm developing that has code
in both the root and App_Code directories.

I have a simple query on building the Web Setup project.
When i build my setup, i see that the code behind the .aspx pages (.cs
code pages) are also included. And when i deploy the project i can see
that even those code files are also deployed on the machine and the
code with in those .cs files can be seen ( read-only format). But i
want the code to be hidden, either those code files should not be
deployed ot they should...

I've asked this before, but not gotten any clear answers, so I'd figure I'd

I am an experienced ASP .NET 1.1 developer and I understand the differences
between an ASP .NET 2.0 "Web Site" vs an ASP .NET 2.0 "Web Application"
(among other things, all compiled code placed in several assembly files vs.
one assembly file).

There are two ways to create web-based application or web service, from VS
start page, click on File and New, two options you can choose, one is
Projects which leads you to create ASP.NET Web Application or ASP.NET Web
Service Application. Another one is Web Site which leads you to create
