I have been fighting through my first crystal report in VS2003.NET and have
made some headway. Here is what I've done:
1. Created a crystal report in VS2003 from a SQL stored procedure with
parameters through the GUI.
2. Finally got past the logon failure error to display the report using the
viewer. I assume that default parameters are being used since it does
display some data and the SP won't run without being passed some values.

I know that this has been beaten to death but I can't seem to resolve
my issues (I have 2 of them). I have created a class that exposes a
public method which returns a datatable as a datasource for a Crystal
Report. The method has a single argument which represents a parameter
required by the Stored Procedure.

I have a page that uses crystal reports to generate reports from a SQl
server database. As of a week ago everything was working fine, but now I am
all of the sudden getting errors. To the best of my knowledge nothing was
changed on the server.
Here is the error:
Error in File C:\DOCUME~1\WEBSERVER\ASPNET\Local
Settings\Temp\temp_57908cf8-dba0-4327-b785-95de5cf6e523.rpt: Invalid export
DLL or export format.

I need some help please!
Crystal is driving me nuts.
Heres my code so far, see below.
Problem:
On the .export() line it comes back with error #5 Login failed!
I know the login info is good so why is the bloody thing doing this.
The paths have been checked and are correct.
The crystal Report is a .rpt file. Not one created in the VS.net IDE but in
crystal itself.

Hi all, I have a piece of code in my C# console application to export from
crystal report files to PDF. For some reports files, I get errors below. I
have Crystal Reports 8.5 with service pack installed on my local machine.
What is the reason to cause this "Unknown Query Engine Error"? This is a
report with 3 sub-reports, is there anything missing in my code to handle
this type of reports?

In my ASP.NET page, I have 2 checkboxes for users to choose which
crystal report they want to display. These two reports use different
tables. If report1 has been choosen and displayed in the crystal
report, then I cannot check another checkbox to display report2
afterwards. If I close the website and open again, I can choose report2
and display as crystal report correct, but now I cannot check the
checkbox1 to display report 1 afterwards....

I've just developed an Windows application that uses Crystal Reports
(v10 ? - the version that ships with VS2005).
Whilst the application works fine - reports can be viewed on the
development machine, when I create a setup project (which includes the
Crystal reports merge module), and deploy this setup file to another
machine (a fresh install of WinXP Pro with SP2), the reporting section
does not work...
How do I get the report viewer...
