Running ASPX file on a web site

Hi All

I have a code that creates PieChart depending on the data from an Access
database, This file is Piechart.aspx. I saved it and run it using IIS,
everything is OK on my computer. BUT when I upload it to an internet site,
And open the link to it, It prompts me to save the file, not execute it and
display the pie chart, or it opens the source code in the browser. Can any
one help me please.
Thank You

Maybe dumb question since i'm not exactly an asp.net specialist -- but worth
verifying first:
Are you sure that the website you are uploading to runs asp.net -- maybe it
just runs asp or php?
In other words -- it doesn't recognize the aspx extension so doesn't wake
any Net framework to run it in?

Hi guys, Our team has a very strange problem. I hope anybody can help. We have a class called webpage and all our aspx-pages bases on it. Then we have a SYS.IO.File Class which have a function. This function checks the hash value of some ini-files. If the hash value is not valid then the function throws an error. Imagine we are editing the code behind file of an aspx-page. If we now want to view the aspx-code we double click the...

I am running on Window 2003. I have a website built in ASP.NET 2.0. I need to have a Virtual Directory running an application in 1.1. I have configured each in its own Application Pool. The 1.1 application picks up and parses the 2.0 web.config. It is complaining about the connectionstrings node. If I comment out that node the applications both run. I have tried running the 1.1 application under 2.0 but there are some controls used in...

I have a web site project using C#. If I release the web site in the VS2005, all works well except that DLL file name has some strange, name APP_Code_erwer234.dll. And erwer234 is a random string. Every time after released, it will become APP_Code_dfdfgr3334.dll, In this condition, the web site running needs aspx file and dll file. APP_Code_asdfasd434.dll, etc. Because of this, I have to use CSC to compile myself with my special name....

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
