Beta testers needed for Web Page Layout, Controls, and Site Navigation Add-in

My company is looking for several beta testers for a new VS .NET add-in
product. It adds FrontPage-compatible features to VS like shared borders
(layout), controls (navigation, substitution, hitcount, search, form
submission, etc.), hyperlink management, and a GUI navigation editor tool
window. You can create an "enhanced" ASP.NET web site from a template, or
one based on an existing FrontPage web. A built-in converter can create
ASP.NET pages from FrontPage pages complete with "webbot" to ASP.NET control
conversion. Projects may be managed by both FrontPage and VS .NET, or just
VS .NET. And, yes, the controls render meaningful things at design-time!

Those who are interested can go to http://www.parastream.com/pageporter for
more information, or http://www.parastream.com/beta_app.htm to apply for the
beta test program directly. We're hoping to get started by the 15th, just a
few days away.

There WILL be a free version that will do small personal sites with full
control functionality.

I believe that this is a tremendous opportunity for us to tap into the vast
experience and expertise I've seen in the newsgroups. Likewise, this is an
opportunity for you to have your say in what I hope becomes successful
platform and product. Your participation will no doubt make the product
better. I look forward to working with you.

I have run into a major road block with my page development projects. I am trying to add a literal control to my asp.net page and I got an error stating that the control could not be added because of code blocks (<% %>) on the page. Most of these blocks can be handled by adding a label control to the form so it is not that big of deal, but one of the things being posted is the page title. I am not sure how I can access that from the code...

Hi all: I downloaded this new Personal Audio Link app. They issued a press release looking for beta testers, with a compensation offer of 6 months free Vonage service for qualified testers. I'm posting this because they are seeking more beta testers, particularly seeking "power-users" who understand the technology.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
