About once a year or so for the last 10 years, I update my street
address parser and I'm starting to look at it again. This parser
splits a street address line into its smallest common elements
(number, trailer, pre, name, suffix, post, unit, unit id). I always
start this update process by searching Google-Groups and Google-web
for anything new out there, but there is never very much.
Has anyone run into anything in their travels?...

This is from a Dot Net 1.1 project converted to Dot Net 2.0.
In 1.1, all was fine without any problem.
In 2.0, on the developement machine all seems more or less OK.
In release mode on the test machine, I have this error. at Line 1.
Which is very explanative.
What should I look for ?

If anyone can give me some insight as to why this code fails to

it with gcc 3.4.4 and gcc 4.2.1, which both fail with different errors

Is pyparsing really a recursive descent parser? I ask this because
there are grammars it can't parse that my recursive descent parser would
parse, should I have written one. For instance:

I don't know if it's just me, but DB2 seems to have the worst syntatic
parser ever created!
Even after triple checking the documentation online, for the syntax of
the statements the CLP seems to be unable to parse the simplest of
statemets!

Iam using c lexer that is flex generated and a c++ parser that is bison generated. i have modified the parser to acccept only string input.
I am calling the parser function yyparse in a loop and reading line by line of user input. I stop the loop if the input is "quit".
The problem i am facing is that when input does'nt match any rule then, the parser stops abruptly, and at next iteration starts off
at same state, expecting the rule...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
