I don't seem to be getting anywhere with trying to make my web page
transitional XHTML.
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
There are many errors returned at the W3C validator but the first one
has me stumped. It's my stylesheet link tag.

Hi,
The language in my web site may be Simplified Chinese or English. I want
to define different styles for each language.
For each language, the http header is different.
<meta name="language" content="en" /> means the language is english
<meta name="language" content="zh" /> means the language is
Simplified Chinese.
Then I use a css selector to define different style for each language.

I'm writing a tiny php app that will log into our bank of america
account and retrieve a file containing a list of checks that cleared
the previous day. The problem I'm running into is when I perform
actions with php/CURL the output is different than when I use IE and
I'm completely stumped as to why. The final output should list files
available for retrieval but the CURL output displays an error/empty
file message.

I'm pretty new to Xml and Xslt so bear with. I cant seem to add the xsl
prefix to my stylesheet and get it to work.
Error: The wrong namespace was used for XSL. Use
'http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform'.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
