PHP has some pretty funky error messages:
"parse error, unexpected T_IF";
"Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING";
Humans often see these - shouldn't they be more human readable?

I have a Windows 2003 Web server on which I was debugging remotely with no
problems.
I then moved this server to a different domain and now remote debugging will
not work, the error is;
Auto-attach to process ' w3wp.exe' on machine 'CSS5' failed. Error code
0x80070005 (Access is denied. ).

I'm running a mixed ASP / ASP.NET environment. I can use the debugger in for
the ASP.NET code, no problems. But when I turn on ASP Debugging for the
project, I get the error message:
"Error while trying to run project. Unable to start debugging. ASP
debugging is disabled because the ASP process is running as a user that does
not have debug permissions. Click Help for more information."
This is Windows 2003 Server, logged in as...

I developed application in C# to be used in Vista. I used manifest so
power user or any other user beside administrator can run.
The problem is that the power user gets message that the application
was developed by unknown publisher.
I created test certificate and ran it in administrator and power user.
