Debugger funktioniert nicht!?

Hallo zusammen,

mal auf deutsch...:

Wenn ich auf meinem W2K-Server VS.NET 2003 installiert
habe, kann ich kein Projekt im dartin debuggen.

Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung, die mir nicht viel
weiterhilft:

Fehler: Das Projekt ist nicht zum Debuggen konfiguriert

oder

Fehler: Das Debuggen kann auf dem Webserver nicht
gestartet werden

Die Hinweistexte von Microsoft hab ich gelesen und werde
trotzdem nicht schlau daraus.

Auf meinem Server läuft das .NET-Framework 1.0 und 1.1.
DNS ist konfiguriert. Smarthosts!!!

Wer kann mir helfen?
