Value is displaying twice in option list

hi,guys

im new to asp.in my option list one value is displaying twice.following is the code

if not rs1.eof then
thispagesForm = rs1(0)
sql2 = "select formname, local_url from xwhere formid = "& thispagesForm
set rs2 = conn.execute(sql2)
thispagesFormName = rs2(0)
local_url = rs2(1)
rs2.close
set rs2 = nothing
%>
<option selected="selected" value="<%=thispagesForm%>"><%=thispagesFormName%></option>

is it possible to display in option list using the index as in drop down box of asp.net so it wont display twice?

here the value which is displaying first in option list is displaying twice....i dont want to display it twice.
