Windows 2003 with ASP, no response

I moved asp web pronect from 2000 server to 2003.
(Its not a .net asp ), when i try to run asp pages i never get response,
keep on running, no errors at evenng logs.
Any body has similar issue ??
HTML file works fine in this project.

I have check all event logs, but no messages.

And also i have enabled Active Server Pages in Web Serverce Extensions.

Firewall, script access, permissions, many possibilities.

No firewall issue as trying to access asp page from same box.
Enables script access and i do have logon locally permissions.
I was trying from same iiis box.
