usd, yen, 0.0076
usd, gbp, 1.78
usd, rub, 10
gbp, yen, 0.005

I'm still having trouble getting my program to do arithmetic in
cents(keeping all #'s) then convert the answer in a format of dollars &
cents. The main program should add, subtract, scalar multiply(by int)&
show, have a constructor w/ & w/out arguments. Header file should have
private data & all 6 functions from above.Class definition file should
implement my ADT class.
What I have so far:

Greetings!
I have a database created in MS Access that has some fields containing
Currency data. Every time I try to use one of the OleDbDataReader's
GetXXX() methods to read it, I get an invalid cast exception. Is it
possible to use the OleDbDataReader to get the value of a currency field in
an Access database? If so, how?
Rob, who probably shouldn't even ask this question, since the
OleDbDataReader is too simplistic. I should...

I saw a lot of requests for a program like this, so I wrote it. Yeah,
my site has "PSP software by Auri" but in this case it means "Pretty
Sweet Programming" :) There's both a VS2005 add-in and a standalone app
(separate downloads, you don't need both). This is my second developer
utility this year - my first being the Lorem Ipsum generator from a few
weeks back.
Download and get more info on WebPrecompiler at...

Hi,
I have a seemingly easy problem drivin' me nuts. I'd be grateful for any
hint on what may be causing it.
The fact is I'm developing an ASP.NET web site.
At some point, I need to read a money amount from a DataReader. The line is:
if (reader.Read())
{
Currency c1 = (Currency) reader; // OFFENDING LINE

OK, I have a database table, it has prices of products in it, like so:
ProductPrice MONEY
ProductIsoCurrencyCode CHAR(3)
Now, both CultureInfo and RegionInfo have currency-handling functions inside
them, but I want to display the price on my web site given the information
above, plus the current culture of the web site visitor.
So, I have

I help manage a large web site, one that has over
600 html pages... It's a reference site for ham radio
folks and as an example, one page indexes over
1.8 gb of on-line PDF documents.
The site is structured as an upside-down tree, and
(if I remember correctly) never more than 4 levels.
The site basically grew (like the creeping black blob) ...
all the pages were created in Notepad over the last

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
