Hi,
I am writing an application in VB6.0 that will have the option to
select the language. For instance when Spanish is selected all the
text on the program interface will display in Spanish.
This is easy to do for the majority of the text on a form. I just put

On page 89 of Stroustrup's book "The C++ Programming Language" 3rd Ed.
He says that multidimensional arrays are best avoided outside
low-level code.
What precisely does he mean by low-level code? That is fairly
relative terminology.
Is he saying that the use of multidimensional arrays in C++ are not
desirable? That doesn't seem right to me.

I am Debugging an asp.net that errors in one location, I have been reading
all about tracing and pdb and such but still not too clear on the BEST and
SIMPLEST way to debug to an approximate but understandable level.
This is my error coming from one or two persons, my thinking is that as its
specific to them, it would be useful to narrow down to a rough area of code
and even be able to send some of those values into the application.

Our website has recently been experiencing some problems under load. We have
pinpointed a particular function which slows dramatically when we have these
problems. Normally it should execute in under a second but it rises to about
one minute under duress.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
