I searched around on the net for a bit, couldn't find anything though.
I would like to find some code for a function where I input A Range Of
Integers
For example: Function( 1, 100 );
And the function will return me an array holding a random subset of integers
in that range of a size that I specify
So the Function would Probabaly look something like this:

Greetings! I am trying to make a multiplayer (no AI, 2 person) game of
tic tac toe in Python. So far it has been pretty simple. My only
concern is with the win checking to see if a person has won. At first
it looked like it was working, but now it sometimes assigns a win when
you enter an X or O (doesn't matter) on certain tiles (row 1, column 1

return an error code of a standard type, for example tError. Where tError is
typedefed as a long int. A list of error codes may then be defined in a

I hammered this out this morning to fix inconsistancies with the way my
programs handle errors. The code itself is fine, in that it compiles with
Richard Heathfield's gcc tags (plus -c because it doesn't have a main).

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
