anybody could recommend me a small but functional ASP editor?

I'm using EDITPLUS now, but this editor really stupid for writing and
testing ASP code, I emphasize "small" is because of I'm using 32K
MODEM, I can't online too long time or I'll pay much money to my ISP,
thank you :-)
I'm sorry my english is so poor,
so forgive me if my word had make you uncomfortable.
I'll try my best to express my question correctly

IIRC, Crimson Editor isn't bad at syntax highlighting, but lacks
intellisense:

I make a few comments about a whole slew of editors here. Just added
Crimson Editor, if I've missed any others, please submit feedback via the
article (I can track that much easier than if you send suggestions
in-thread).

Can someone recommend a good php editor? Beside syntax highlighting, I am looking for an editor that will allow me to do "block selection" (that is, copy from column, say, 5 to column 12 of several lines of text). Are there any free editors that will do this? thanks, Kurt

VB.NET doesn't seem to go over very well with the recreational users out in inet land. I've got a few "free" programs that I put out for people to use, and I get emails like "it'd be a nice utility if it wasn't written in a child's language", or "no way I'm installing the .NET Framework on my PC', "Why don't you use a REAL compiler like GCC, LCC, or Pelles C?". Seems like the attitude is that "REAL" programmers only write programs where...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
