Emailing changes made to a table

Good Morning:

Has anyone in this newsgroup had experience with emailing changes made on a
xml datagrid using ASPEmail?
I currently have the table loading correctly with the correct data. When I
press the submit button however I only get the table no data in the received
email.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Chuck

I think cursors might help me, but I'm not sure. I'm looking for ideas on how to solve a problem I have. Consider two tables, one table contains student information (very wide 100 fields) , the other historical changes of the student information, (narrow, just fields that record changes). As an example Table one has STUDENT_ID, STUDENT_MAJOR, STUDENT_NAME, RECORD_DT and has one student in it.

I have a database that has a table in it with employee information (name, dob, email, etc). This is joined to a table that has tasks that are assigned to each individual that has a recurring date. For example, Joe must take an annual CPR class, Bob needs to take his Hearing Test, Ann must take her Eye Exam. The task table keeps the completed date in it, while the form that displays it calculates the next due date (using dateadd). So, as...

Hello all, I've made a dataset by using the xsd tool in C#. In the xsd schema, there are a few tables, each has its own primary key. And, I've made relation between them. After all things are done, I can use the dataset class generated to retrieve data. The problem is that, when I try to delete a parent row (using RemoveTABLERow method), both the parent and child tables rowcount decrease as expected. But only the changes done in child...

Server: Windows 2000 ..Net Framework: v1.1.4322.573 I have created a class in asp.net that sends out an email message. It used to work on the live server but now it doesn't? I never made any changes to the application. So, I tried using the application from my machine (development server) and it works fine. I setup both to use the exact same SMTPServer as "mail.whatever.com" and still the developer server works but the live server...

Can anyone please provide some assistance with a trigger that I need to develop. Here is the situation: Our program updates depend on database updates. If a client receives the program update and the database hasn't been updated then it's a huge mess. No problem right? Just document the changes to the database that you made and then send out a SQL script that will update the database with the program update right? Well, I don't...

I have a windows forms datagrid and I would like to be able to recognize when changes have been made in order to perform the update. I tried the following, which works well, but only if the user changes rows at some point. If they enter the grid, change a cell, and then click close it does not see the change. The same holds true if they enter the grid, change a cell, arrow right or left to a different cell and change that value. If...

Here's one that should probably have the sub-heading "I'm sure I asked this once before, but ...". Two users are both looking at the same data, from a database. One user changes the data and commits it. How does the other user get the updated view without polling for changes? Is there some sort of callback mechanism that can be set up on the dataset or connection? TIA

I'm trying to create an application that will have multiple users working off a table on a SQL server. Since multi users will be updating different records at any given moment, how can i get those changes and merge them into my current Dataset. I've been playing around with the GetChanges method and Acceptchanges but they just dont seem to be pulling over the changes and updating my Dataset. Maybe if someone could give me a sample of...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
