Hi VB fans
I'm working on a relatively large project in VB6 with about a dozen
forms, including graphs, labels, text boxes, etc. The software itself
is actually a flow simulator with more or less complex technical
calculations, several input variables. I would like to equipp the
starting panel with the usual New, Open, Save, Save As, Close etc.
menus (like in Excel, or Word, etc.) What is the best way to
accomplish Save, or Save As?...

I am trying to display a PDF file (which I am being passed from a web
service as a binary stream) in a browser, but I am being prompted to
save the file instead. I don't want the user to be prompted; I just
want the PDF to be displayed. Here is the code:
Byte binaryData;
binarydata = GetDataHere();
Response.ContentType = "application/pdf";
Response.BinaryWrite(binaryData);

I have found that with Adobe LifeCycle Design 7.x, you can save a dynamic PDF
that will send xml to the browser when a button is clicked. I'm able to pull
the data I need from the xml I'm sent, but I'm not sure how ( after saving
this xml to the database ) I can recreate the PDF in a later request. Is
there a transform that someone can point me to that will transform this XML
to a PDF? Any ideas how to do this???
I've posted this...

Hello All,
Its a bit more complicated than the subject line implies.
A website that I use for information allows me to click on a link and their .PDF displays in IE's browser window.. Since this data has a life-span
of about a week (replaced by a newer updated one on a daily basis) and if I happen to miss a day viewing and recording the info I want, its gone
forever.
To solve this problem, I wrote a small app to retrieve their index...

I have a question on the capability of Ajax. My question is: Is it
possible to dynamically load any of the javascript gallery programs
such as:
Adobe Spry Gallery
SmoothGallery

I know using ExtJS I can load html using Ajax. What I can't do is load
html containing scripts. I didn't want to use IFRAME. I've looked at

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...
