urgent...please help with code

Please, please help with me with this code. I thought I had it figured
out, but no such luck.

I have two tables, raceresultsview and jockeyselection s.

In jockeyselection s, I have jockey names and stableid, for example Pat
Day, stableid 1000.
In raceresultsview , I have jockey names, and placement.

I want to do something like this:
select * from raceresultsview where jockey in (select jockey from
jockeyselection s). This works FINE, but I need to figure out how to grab
the stableid, too.

Each time there is a match, I want to insert the stableid and placement
into the table named winnings.

How do I get this to work?

INSERT INTO matches ( JockeyId, StableID )
SELECT jockeyselection s.JockeyID, jockeyselection s.StableID
FROM jockeyselection s INNER JOIN raceresultsview ON
jockeyselection s.JockeyID = raceresultsview .JockeyID;

I have a form - when you click the submit button, it appends a variable to the URL (e.g. xyz.cgi?inputID=some_dynamic_variable) It also opens a new page. Now, that some_dynamic_variable is actually the name of a form element on the parent window. On the new page, I have this javascript: ---- var var2 = location.search.substring(9); document.write(var2)

Hello, I have a few rather urgent questions that I hope someone can help with (I need to figure this out prior to a meeting tomorrow.) First, a bit of background: The company I work for is developing a web-based application, one part of which involves allowing the user the ability to page through transaction "history" information. The _summary_ history table will have the following fields: ServiceName, Date, User-Ref1, User-Ref2,...

Hi, it has been observed that when we try to instantiate a .Net dll for the first time in a session (e.g. from an exe in .Net), it takes almost 10 times compared to subsequent instantiations. We have A.exe, developed in VB.Net, where, in a button click, we are instantiating the Test.dll also developed in VB.Net. We run three instances of A.exe simultaneously (say A1, A2 and A3 are the three instances). Clicking on

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
