Linking Chart to specific data in Access to produce multiple charts

1 New Member
I am not sure if this is possible in Access but I am trying to create MANY individual charts from a very large database. For example, I work in a school system and want to be able to provide each school with a chart of their achievement compared to that of their district's average achievement. I need each individual chart to report both their school's achievement and their district's achievement without 1. showing every school/district and 2. without manually completing a few thousand charts. Is this possible? If so, what steps should I follow? THANK YOU to anyone who can advise.

Appears your question got lost in the shuffle.
It sounds like what you need is a prameter based query.
- Start out with a simple select query that pulls all of the data in that you want to show on your graph/chart.
- Create your graph and set the formating etc...
- Now change your query so that is uses parameter(s) to make the selection (Mr. Browne has one such example Limiting a Report to a Date Range. I'm point you to this example anticipating that you'll need to limit date ranges in addition to the school.)

Best of Luck
