There is a little (OK, not so little) application that was created by one of our experts (ADezii if I remember correctly) some time back that would appear to offer exactly what you need.

I suggest that you take a look at the file, you only need to view the first post to get to it, and see how it works for you. Any specfic questions that are not answered within the thread I referenced above regarding the use of The Calendar please post within
this thread. If we need to split the questions out - that can be done at a later date.

Also, please understand, we do not normally open un-requested attachments. A practical example as to why can be found in a most recent post. This unfourtunate Member opened a file
