Filter Data By using Combo box and date Range

Hi,

I have a Ms Access project, were I want to display the data from selected Item from combo box for given date range by start date and End date. or I want to put radio buttons for options what I to display for given date range by start date and end date.
example: I have 3 list in combo box like, circket, football and all or the same by selecting the radio buttons if I choose one of them and I will give the date range it has to display that data.

appreciate for quick response.
