Access 97 license doesn't carry over to new computer

1 New Member
I have moved a MS Office 97 version to a new computer for the sole reason of running an old but valuable data base for my business. The machine won't run Access - says there is no license. Application is fully loaded onto the computer. I am loading into Windows XP inside Parallels on an iMac.

Any thoughts? Thanks...Mac

Access 97 is far simpler than newer versions. If you have a valid license for the product you simply enter the key again when prompted during the installation procedure. IF you don't have a valid license then that's another matter entirely of course, and we cannot help you (The site rules forbid it just in case anyone else has any ideas about that).
