MS Access File Read Only

My MS Access File is now Read ONly and it's property states it's not. This became Read Only after I attempted a Make ACCDE. I wanted to test it out and now I can't get back in it to Design View. Please help.

Close the file. When you open it again, hold down the Shift key until it is completely open...you will see your normal development view.
