How do i make 2 instances of access open in different places on startup?

I am trying to make it so that when I click on desktop shortcuts for 2 access databases that one opens on my first monitor and the 2nd database opens on my second monitor. The problem I am having now is that when I open the first one it will open on monitor 1. Then when I open the second one, it trails where the 1st database was open. I can drag it to the preferred location, but when I close and reopen both databases, the second db goes back to opening on monitor 1. I need the first database to always open on monitor 1 and the second database to always open on monitor 2.

Also, is there a way in access to make the databses open on startup in the desired positions?
Any help would be amazing.
