Stop attachments from accumulating

1 New Member
Hello - this is my 1st question.

I have created an Access database that pushes emails with attachments (should be 1 attachment per email). My attachments are accumulating rather than 1 attachment per email. So, if there are 3 people who should receive an email, the 1st one gets 1 attachment (that is right), the 2nd gets 2 attachments (the 1st one and the 2nd one) and the 3 person gets all 3 attachments.

How do I prevent this? Here is the code I am using:

'Prep and send e-mail
vEmailBody = Replace(vTemplateEmailBody, "[RM_NAME]", sPrevRelMgr)
.HTMLBody = vEmailBody
.Subject = Forms![Push Emails Menu]!txt_subject_step6.Value
.addattachment sSpreadsheetFilePath + sPrevRelMgrEmail + ".xls"
.To = sPrevRelMgrEmail
.Sender = sPrevRelMgrEmail

.Send
email_ctr = email_ctr + 1
