Prevent importing my db files to other dbs in mdb format?

P: 17
Hello everybody. Let me ask u a question.
I would like to know if there's a way (vb code etc) to prevent someone for importing my database's files (table, forms, report, queries etc) to his own or to a new database, without having to convert my database to .mde. Do u know a way to do that?

Hi

Setting a password should block unauthorised access to all the objects. If you don't want to do that because users need free access, perhaps split it into front end / back end and password protect the back end. If you want to block authorised users from easily accessing the databse window, look at disabling the bypass keys (google DisableBypassKey). But ultimately you may need to use mde's.

The way you have mentioned is no usefull because if i protect the back end of database with password, the forms of front end are not working, reporting that "Not a valid password" without ask me to put it. Is there any other way to stop my database for letting other databases to take my files ?
