List a list of data base on other table query

Hi everyone..

How to filter table1 base on an query from a table2 which is no join.

Here is some picture for you to understand my question:

Table 1
UserID -> Unique ID No.
Name
Company
Nation
Insurance
LastUpdateDate

Table 2
ServiceID -> Unique ID No.
UserID
Company
LeftServiceDate
RejoinDate
ReportedDate
ServiceRemark

This two table are not join. but all UserID on Table2 are base on table1.
In Table2 the same UserID may have more then 1 record.
So every month need do a report from query which base on ReportedDate and the "Last" of USERID, say this is Query1

My question is here:
Base on the Userid selected from Query1 i need to batch Update the insurance and company data on table1.

I hope your all can understand my question.
