msaccess report output to word inconsistency

P: 3
I maintain a reporting database and all of the users can output a report to word just fine, but when one user outputs the report to word the report doesn't include all of the data. When she views the report in Access she can see all of the data, but when she outputs the report to word some of the data is missing. I checked her references and we have the same references, but she has a newer version of two references. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Jason

A couple of things come to mind for you to check.
1. make sure the font for report on the problem machine is the same as the font used for the report in the other machines.
2. make sure the font is a true type font that is supported by the printer on the problem machine.

Thanks, I will check the fonts and let you know if this is the problem.
