SQL Server Backend Dataqbase Read Only

How do make a read only SQL Server backend database with an Access
front end?
I want to allow a project manager at my corporation to view the forms,
but not be able to change any of the data.
The backend database is SQL Server 2000.

The backend database is SQL Server 2000.
Create an SQL Server account with RO rights and use Access to connect
using that account.
