Help with filtering results

I have a form which shows results from a query i have 2 fields one max
and one min there is always 2 records of the same record i want to
have min showing on one record and max showing on the other without
showing the min if max and max if min what is the easiest way to do
this? thanks

What do i put on where and from this is confusing me heheh
