Form Help

Hi folks,

I am currently designing a db in access 2000 file format. I am looking for some ideas on how to go about designing a particular form. This is for a hairdressing booking system in a college. The salon has 14 chairs. Each group of students does a session either a morning or afternoon

What I want to do if possible is have a form which shows all the bookings for a particular day for a particular group - so what I was thinking was to have a grid of columns (Stylists 1 to 7) & rows (Appointment Time) both fixed & then populate each part of the grid with Customer Number, Booking Client Name, Booking Address, Booking Contact Number & Appoint Type. We would also need in a header to allow the user to change date (advance or go back by 7 days) & change the Course code to show appointments for a different group. The sample group of stylist data i have is for 14 students so we would also need to a button or something to go to a second page (if one is there)

I am pretty new to access (well treat me as new as I haven't used access for many years) so would appreciate any ideas on how i might accomplish this. I know way back when I used access at University that I managed to fix the columns. Can this be done with rows as well

Any ideas or input would be gratefully recieved
