add query name to query output

I would like a field in a query to contain the name of the query that
is producing the data, in order to maintain transparency of data flows
when the data is copied into Excel. Is there any way of returning the
query name in a field expression? The query is being run manually
rather than through code.

Thanks

Simply add another column to the query grid.
QueryName:="This is the query Name"
