how to enter data

hi frens

pls guide me. am new to ms access.

i have created form manually and by entering data it should be saved in my table by clickg OK command button. tell me how to write a script for this.

pls help me

You should have bound the form to the table by setting the 'Record Source' of the form to the table.

it works fine

one more thing when i load a form i want the text field should be empty for that what cmd should i use.

Do you mean you want only to add new records?
If so, then you want to set the form's 'Data Entry' property to Yes.
This will then only add new records, disabling edits of existing records.
