hi all !

i have 2 fields in a form - a Date field & a Time field.
these 2 fields have to be combined into the one field which has date &
time.
i know there must be some code to do this.
i have tried, but it only puts the date part of it into the field.
any ideas ??

I created a table with 3 fields; D, T, and Combined.

I entered the dates and times for a couple of records.

I then created an Update query and combined D and T into Combined.

UPDATE Table1 SET Table1.Combined = [Table1]![D] & " " & [Table1]![T];

If you want to update your table, make a copy of it first and using the
above logic you can update all of the date and time fields to be in 1 field.

If you want to keep them separated, concatenate the two like I did above.
