I don't understand 1 thing. You can easily make a DAP, but it's almost impossible to make a correct connectionstring to a webserver ?

Is there anybody who knows the exact connectionstring linking to a webserver ?

I've not done but I'm impressioned for few things:

Jet OLEDB:System database=""
This wouldn't be empty!
system.mdw is the default but it is located in depend of your database organisation...

Jet OLEDB:Registry Path="";Jet OLEDBatabase Password=""

And the registry path doesn't semm to be normal to be empty...

Really I'm afraid but can't help a lot!

Take care

I have red the page on Microsoft website:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnacc2k2/html/deploydap.asp

When I deploy my webpage (*.htm) and my databsefile (*.mdb) I have to deploy it on a webserver that supports IIS (Internet Information serice) with RDS and MDAC 2.5 or higher, because I use Access 2003.

But will my connectionstring something like "http://www.1234.com/blabla.mdb" ???

That doesn't work on a "normal" webserver without IIS. Am I right?

Nobody ????

It's normal to upload a DAP on the internet. If someone can please tell me what the right connectionstring will be, then I'm satisfied.
