For i = 1 To 10
'do press F1
Next i

If you Type "For" in a codewindow and press F1 it will show the answer + examples

In VB I use
For i = 1 to 10
Do something
Next

example:
Dim i, sum as Double
For i = 1 to 7
Sum = Sum + i
Next
MsgBox("The sum of the numbers 1 to 7 is " & Sum)
