Give your user a datasheet (form) view with "Show/Hide Columns" and "Analyze
with Excel" menu items.

Keith.

Design a new form using your table as its data source. Make the default
view "datasheet".

When you open the form to display the data, make sure that the menu itmes I
mentioned in my other post are available. If they're not then customize
your menus as you would in any other Office app.

IIRC, you can order the columns by dragging and dropping, same as you would
in Excel.
