Apparently isn't not the COMCAT.dll, it's listed in the Setup.lst but isn't
installed. I did find some relevant file info though, the file I'm
distributing is OLEAut32.dll and it won't replace an older version of the
file. I think that may be causing the problem. I'm going to try manually
unregistering and registering the new version and see what happens.

Try doing a search on your machine to find where the dll is.

4.71. My development machine uses version 5.0 and the target machine uses
version 5.0 as well.
I'm not sure where the Packaging Wizard is getting this DLL, but does
anyone know how I specify which version to use?
