XP Developer Packaging Wizard Error

I am using Access XP to develop an application that will be distributed
to mnay users. All is going well until I run it through the Packaging
Wizard to build the distrubution. At the final step where you chhose to
build the setup program or save the package, I get the following error
when I attempt to build the setup.

"Error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument"
Can one of the more literate and learned members of the group please
help me correct this situation?
Thanks,
DB

Try one of the following:
OFFXPDEV: "Invalid Procedure Call or Argument" Error Message When You Package a
Database That Has Linked Tables
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304652
or
OFFXPDEV: "Invalid Procedure Call or Argument" Error When Trying to Package Database
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=326127
or
This might be caused by having ODE 97 installed on your system concurrently with MOD
XP.
