Error 3075 when in stalling Package Wizard set up file (XP)

Hello,

I'm installing a package created with Office XP developers edition Packaging
Wizard. I get an "Error 3075" Cannot

I've looked at the Microsoft Website and this seems to be an Access 97
error, I'm using Access XP. I've tried almost everything but can't seem to
figure out why this is occuring. There is nothing unusual about the
references I'm using other than the addition of Dao360.dll, but even with
that registered properly, I still get the error.

Any ideas?

Could an older version of the ADO Library cause this problem? I just looked
and the program was referencing the 2.1 library.

Any help would be greatly welcomed (I hate using my whole weekend
troubleshooting!)
