OnMouseOver

Is there a way in Access to have a mouse over effect. What I want is a
piece of text on a menu type form, say for example Clients. This text is
black. When the mouse passes over it I want it to change to blue, and back
to black when the mouse is moved away. When the text is clicked I want to
open the Clients form.

The MouseMove event will fire for a control when the mouse is moved over it,
so you could do your colour change when the MouseMove event fires for the
control, and change it back when the MouseMove event fires for the form.
