I'm assuming the records that you want to delete are in a table already in
your Access database.
Create a delete query. create a new field in the query with the formula
len([name]) and in the criteria use <24 and when you run the query it will
delete all records that is less than 24.

Very simply, I need to delete any row who's column "Name" had under 24
characters in it (including a space).
Any hints?
