I have a budget report developed on Access 97 under Windows NT which
also runs fine under Windows 2000. When I try to run it under Windows
XP, it causes some kind of error which gets the window asking if it is
OK to send the error report to Microsoft. Access 97 quits after that
window closes.
The query which underlies the report opens OK. I've tried doing a
Repair on the database, and I've used JETCOMP on it. I tried copying
the report to a new name, renaming the old version and then renaming
the new copy to the original name and that didn't change the problem.
If you have any ideas, please let me know. I understand that this
newer Dell I have won't support Windows 2000 drivers so going back
to Win2K is out unless I get a different computer.
