Access 97 RTF export crashes on 2nd export

I have Access 97 on a Win2k machine. The system suddenly started generating
a memory access error message when trying to export a report in RTF format.

After a search, I installed the latest Jet Service Pack for Office 97, and
that now allows me to export reports in RTF format - once.

A second attempt will auto-shutdown Access instantly. No error message at
all.

Any ideas?
