Using wild card in Iif statement

Could somebody please tell me if it is possible and if how?

I am wanting to do : Iif([DC]="*PE","Y","N")

In other word i want it to fine HZPE, AEPE, HEPE etc...

If you wish to use a wild card you must use the Like word:
IIf([DC] Like "*PE","Y","N")
