Form letter question

I would like to save my Access form letters as a txt file who's file name
matches the value in a 'last name' field. One file for each record. Any
ideas for how I might do this?

Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you mean by "form letters", but text files can be made rather
easily using a few functions.
Look up Input#, Write, Open and Print# statements in the help file.

Form letter as in having a generic letter, where only names and addresses
change. I need to save each letter, i.e. each record containing a name and
address, as a seperate file, preferably text.
Thanks for your suggestion.
