Avoiding startup Ugliness

Hi:

When Access opens, the user gets a glimpse of table lists and other ugliness before the
startup screen appears (set in the startup process). Is there some way that i can avoid
this and even maybe have some sort of image or form that appears. The key issue is when a
user opens the applications, I don't want them to see the "engine", just the user end of
the application.

Regards

John,
Tools + StartUp
Remove the check from the Display Database Window box.

To show the database window while the database is open, press F11.
To bypass the startup completely, hold down the Shift key when opening
the database.

You can place a .bmp file with the same name as the app, in the same
directory as your app, and it will show up as your "splash screen".
