I have a small form with two unbound look-up fields (one for an ID and one for last name). Each unbound field has a command button that actually goes to my table and brings in the records.
How can I clear the contents of the form immediately once either one of the command buttons are pressed. I either want to do this **or** clear the contents of the look-up field whenever it is clicked or tabbed into.

I'm trying to create an append query (for the purpose of archiving data) that has one parameter value asked:
"Archive data for what date?"
I want the user to enter the date of choice in the parameter value dialog box so that all data with the entered date is archived (appended).

I dont know if this is possible.. I have a form frmCustomers with a subform sfrmCustomers
and in the subform I have a unbound text field in the footer txtCOUNT with the control source of
=Sum(IIf(="Received From",1,0))
and in the main form I have another unbound txt field txtReceivedtimes
It is just for a quick reference as I am combing through customers to see how many returns I have for them.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
